Turf Bombing - interesting LBG that uses wifi to figure out where you are. You claim turf, and wander around to find other people's turf to 'bomb'.

Hey Stephen, I joined this group on facebook a couple of months ago called "Needle in a Haystack". The aim was to use social networking to locate the owner of a lost camera, that was found in Greek Isles, by an Australian. The group reached about 235,000, and 2 weeks later the owner in London was found. Puzzles

So I've been looking into the type of puzzles/scenarios we could go into and I was wondering what everyone thinks about competitions and competitive puzzles? Good idea? Bad idea? I'm not really sure the impact making things more competitive would have but I'm concerned that it might detract from the experience for some people. On the other side, it would potentially make the outcomes of the puzzle more interesting. Thoughts?
